Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an advanced design method that constructs building models in 3D on a computer. BIM includes not only the shape and spatial configuration for the building, but also attribute data such as the quantity, materials, specifications of components, allowing them to be seen in 3D.
Utilizing our nearly 100% design-to-construction ratio in condominium construction, we established a 100% BIM design and construction system for condominiums in 2021, improving quality and productivity, accelerating decision-making, and implementing multifaceted design.
Leveraging our accumulated design and construction know-how and the comprehensive strength of the Haseko Group, we are utilizing BIM throughout the entire life cycle of condominiums.

Improved quality and productivity
Managing design information in a centralized manner makes it easy to check for consistency and interference between various drawings. This will lead to further improvement of quality and productivity in design and construction.
Accelerated decision-making
Visualizing design information in 3D improves understanding with realistic images and ensures smooth business operations through close communication.
Multifaceted design
Various drawings, cost estimates, simulations, and other information are linked, enabling multifaceted studies and the implementation of more precise designs.
Utilization of BIM in Condominium Sales
We have developed the Haseko Original BIM Viewer, an application software that quickly, inexpensively, and neatly converts all types of condominium units designed with BIM into 3D computer graphics. Conventionally, only one or two types of model rooms are displayed at condominium sales centers, but by utilizing the BIM Viewer, other types of rooms can be previewed using VR experience equipment. Each customer can see, feel, and be convinced to purchase the unit of their choice.
